The International Oil and Gas Youth Forum Has Been Launched in Tatarstan
Almetyevsk. The International Oil and Gas Youth Forum has been launched at the of premises of the Yunost children's recreation camp of the TATNEFT Company in Almetyevsk (Republic of Tatarstan).
The Forum holding has been organized and supported by are the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation, TATNEFT Company and the Youth Council of the Oil and Gas Industry under the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation.
The event is attended by industry experts, young professionals, scientists, teachers, graduate students, masters and students of leading oil and gas universities of the fuel and energy complex of Russia and neighboring countries.
The Forum will be held from July 9 to July 15 of the current year. The educational program of intensive training in five sectoral areas includes master classes from leading oil and gas experts, hakathon, business games, designing and solving real-life cases from leading oil and gas companies in the fuel and energy sector of Russia. Special attention will be paid to the development of soft-skills competencies (leadership and team building, effective communication, results orientation, Agile principles, Scrum methodology, project management, Data Science).
The key topics of the International Youth Oil and Gas Forum cover five main areas. Inter alia, they include: rational mineral resource management in mature fields; hard-to-recover reserves and unconventional sources of hydrocarbons; digital transformation of the oil and gas industry; deep-conversion digital refinery; alternative energy.
