Transneft Volga Region completed scheduled reconstruction of three pipeline sections
Moscow. Transneft Volga Region completed scheduled reconstruction of sections of the following oil trunk pipelines (OTP): Krasnoarmeysk – Saratov Refinery, Nizhnevartovsk – Kurgan – Kuibyshev and Guryev – Kuibyshev.
The work at the sections having the total length of 13,605 km was carried out by the Saratov, Buguruslan and Samara Regional Oil Pipeline Directorates. In the course of the reconstruction replacement of underwater crossings of oil trunk pipelines (PPTP) over the Sula, the Kandyzka, the Chapaevka rivers and the Kandyz stream was carried out.
All the work was completed in strict compliance with the regulations and within the established terms, informs the press service of Transneft.
The reconstruction was carried out within the scope of the Development, Technical Upgrading and Revamping Programme of Transneft Volga Region which is aimed at ensuring of no-failure operation of production facilities.
